Total Reward is made up of five key elements:
PAY
IFDS looks to ensure that our competitive pay structure fairly represents the contribution that our
employees make to our continued success.
Reference Salary
- Salary Progression schemes for around two thirds of our employees including those based in our
Contact Centre, Dealing, Registration and IT Service Delivery areas amongst others
- Annual review in March
- Benchmarking against comparator organisations, locally and in London
Overtime
- Payable to non-management roles
- Qualifying period on single time, followed by time and a half
- Shift/Unsociable Hours/On Call Allowance payable to relevant roles

Pension
- Non contributory stakeholder scheme
- Company core contribution of 6%
Death In Service
- Permanent employees covered from date of joining
- Tax free lump sum of 2x reference salary
- Dependants' pension of 40% of reference salary
- Additional Life Assurance available via Flex
Private Healthcare
- All permanent employees eligible for a minimum of single cover
- Wider levels of cover available via Flex (e.g. family)

Holiday
- 28 to 33 days per calendar year including bank holidays dependant on employee grade and length
of service
