IFDS strives to continually develop it's managers by providing a comprehensive range of development
options. This is necessary so that all our individual managers are developed in line with our
business requirements to ensure that we meet IFDS corporate goals.

CMI Leadership Programme
Launched in 2007 the Leadership Programme is designed to equip our management grades with the
skills, knowledge and approach to enable them, when the time is right, to make a smooth transition
and broaden their career within the organisation. In 2008 the Leadership Programme was accredited by
the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and is now a recognised qualification delegates for the
two-year programme are nominated annually by their Group Executive.
The aim is to continue to develop talent within IFDS and provide a framework for career progression
to Executive and Senior Management positions. We recognise that our Managers are each at different
stages in their development and performance and have a number of programmes available to suit each
individuals' needs.
