Learning & Development
The role of the Learning & Development team is to:
- Assist in the identification of training needs
- Facilitate effective training solutions for both internal and external clients
- Provide quality training that is relevant to the goals and objectives of IFDS
- Facilitate development of all staff using the IIP standards as a benchmark
- Provide the regulatory training required to maintain the industry standards and beyond
- Assist in the change control process
