The role of the Learning & Development team is to:
  • Assist in the identification of training needs
  • Facilitate effective training solutions for both internal and external clients
  • Provide quality training that is relevant to the goals and objectives of IFDS
  • Facilitate development of all staff using the IIP standards as a benchmark
  • Provide the regulatory training required to maintain the industry standards and beyond
  • Assist in the change control process
