Mark - Document Manager
Mark joined our Document Management Team as a Team Leader in 2003. Since then he has continued to
grow within Document Management and now has overall responsibility for the DMD Print and Mail Output
processes. His current role involves line management as well as the management of external supplier
relations re print and inserting machines, stock provision and client relations.

Ryan - Learning and Development Consultant
Ryan joined IFDS in 2004 in our Document Management Division. In October 2005 he transferred to
Programme Management which required him to liaise with all areas of the business at all levels. Ryan
transferred to Learning and Development in 2007 where he continues to be a valued member of the team
Ryan says:
"When I joined Learning & Development as a trainer in May 2007 I found my passion. I am now
delivering various types training to the Company. From this, I have had the opportunity to work in
Bangkok.

Jon - Chief Administration Officer
Jon joined our Cash Control Team as a Manager in 1998 and centralised the operation. He subsequently
also took over management of the Reconciliation's team. In 2001 he moved to head up one of our large
client divisions incorporating both operational and relationship management. His role was then
further expanded in 2003 with the addition of M&G into IFDS and Jon ran the Chelmsford operation. In
2005 Jon was appointed to the Board of IFDS as Operations Director where he is currently responsible
for all of the IFDS operations encompassing over 1,100 staff in 4 locations including offshore.
Jon says:
"My time at IFDS has flown by. It seems like only yesterday that I transferred from working in the
city to join a small organisation based in Essex. My time to date has been both challenging and
rewarding. It is with great satisfaction and a feeling of pride that I now look at our company and
see what we have achieved.
